Privacy & data requests

Shoppable Spaces has closed. We no longer offer new designs, shopping, or credit purchases through the service.

Data retained during closure

Existing account details, uploaded room photos, saved designs, credit balances, and purchase/support records are retained while we handle customer requests and wind down the service. They have not been automatically deleted. The former public galleries and product catalog are no longer available through the website.

Request your images or delete your account

Email hello@shoppablespaces.ai from your account email address to request access to your own saved room images or deletion of your account and associated room data. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not include passwords or verification codes. Existing signed-in iPhone users can also use the app’s account-deletion option.

Support and purchase records

We use information you provide to verify ownership, respond to requests, and resolve purchase issues. Payment and transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. Card payments were processed by Stripe or Apple; please do not send us full payment-card details.

Service providers

Existing service data is hosted using Google Firebase. Apple and Stripe may continue processing transaction, refund, and dispute information. This closure page does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party product images.
